      Company that hasn’t been around a long time No matching 401K No guarantee pay when we lose hours due to aircraft maintenance (aside from base pay) No bidding system Small operations Low cost company

      New Planes, Fun trips, cool coworkers.

      Lousy pay, no interrline agreements, oh yeah and theyre no longer in the air so theres that.
