      New planes and nice uniforms. International travel. No flight experience necessary, they are willing to train.

      Cons

      Over hired so only a few trips a month and lots of stand-by days. Low salary.

      New Planes, Fun trips, cool coworkers.

      Lousy pay, no interrline agreements, oh yeah and theyre no longer in the air so theres that.
