Pros
Amazing culture and people! They compensate well on par with the industry standard and do everything they can to support and provide for their employees. In the year that I have been employed there they have had several town halls and employee appreciation days. The work is fulfilling and you get help from coworkers anytime you need it. It is definitely an amazing place to work! From what I have heard, even if the program you are working on is lacking funding or gets terminated, they do everything in their power to retain you to another position rather than just cutting ties because they truly invest in their employees.
Cons
The only con I can think of is the parking situation. I personally think they would do well to have a parking garage but I realize that it is easier said than done. Just don’t show up after 8:30 or you're going to have a lovely walk ahead of you.
