Pros

-Would always pay me at 40 hours a week even if I worked less than that

Cons

-Working outside in any weather in NC summer. Lab members would routinely get sick from the heat. There were minimal protections. -Poorly compensated for being an academic intern in a HoL city. They didn't even pay for housing on campus -Lack of communication from lab staff was crazy. People were constantly at least 15 minutes late. Very unprofessional overall -No effort was made to actual teach useful skills or information which is the entire point of an internship
