      Pros

      Good work-life balance, free shuttle buses to work, very good group health care and life insurance program, monthly allowance for lunch, the salary during sick leaves is 100%.

      Cons

      Many processes that sometimes help but they are also making daily work difficult for no reason. Too many meetings and communication for R&D engineering roles compared to actual engineering work. Lack of technical knowledge of some senior technical staff.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
