      good office, located in good area

      Cons

      Freshers are mostly asked to work with SCTs and Deployement .. No Core work .. You cant count this work as developer experience while giving interview for other company.. the work also does not enhance our 5G knowledge. Pretty boring work culture no fun or team building activities planned.. L2PS team works on every weekend

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
