Culture is diverse, open and not too political at the team level. Plenty of opportunities to advance your specialization or change course
Cons
Short term thinking, especially in the US. Large amount of end of service life IT due to old software/infrastructure from the most recent acquisition (Alcatel Lucent). No real focus on reducing this even though it has been 8 years post acquisition.
