Pros
Ability to work virtual office, flexible hours when needed, good benefits, knowledgeable co-workers, mangers did not micro-manage
Cons
Don't know how starting salaries compare, but US salaries for long term employees are not up to par, worked way more than 40 hours a week, so many downsizings have created atmosphere where there are too many positions with no backup
