      GOOD For Experienced people everything is fine. while joining they will provide good package work life balance is awesome collegues are talented

      NOTHING as of now for me.everything is fine they should provide learing platforms for the employees hikes need to improve

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
