Pros
Fun place to work for, very friendly people around, good culture. The benefits and compensation are good, work/life balance could be achieved. There is also a lot of freedom in how things should be done, so there is enough room for creativity and self-improvement.
Cons
Nokia prefers hiring agencies as opposed to building strong technical teams. The majority of web projects are not done in house. The end result is that managers on all levels lack technical expertise.
