      Pros

      Some very capable hands-on managers and engineers who are very good at what they do. Company has good values and ethics i.e.. no corruption.

      Cons

      Expect a reorg twice a year. Strategic decisions look max 12-18 months out. Planning by crisis. HR is woeful.
