      Nokia is a global technology leader. Here you have chances to work with kinds of talents to change the world. You may change your innovation idea to reality which is attractive to me.

      Cons

      Comparing to the local internet companies, the salary of telecommunication is a little bit lower. And in telcomm industry, Huawei's salary is very high,but the pressure in Huawei is also pretty much higher as I know.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
