      Pros

      Great work life balance. nice salary. unlimited work from home add extra benefits. Management is good.

      Cons

      No company paid outings. some projects have just bug fixes so it all depends upon the project where you will be putting up.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
