Pros
Nokia is a perfect place to get involved with the technologies of telecommunication. A large variety of products is being developed here. The most important argument i would emphasize is the atmosphere in the workplace. The people here respect each others opinion and work. (There are exceptions everywhere though, but in general...)
Cons
Compensation is less then the average on the market. Also to get a more important and better compensated role in the company rarely can be achieved just by doing more of the work.
