      1. Work culture is good. 2. work life balance is gr8. 3.Very good products in market. 4. upcoming and growing well.

      Cons

      1. Salary is Poor. 2. location is far for travel 3. No much of Hard core coding, only Bug fixing and small features.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
