      Pros

      Good Work Life Balance in 75 % of the project- Earlier it was 100% WFH option Big Network Lab Few projects are very good not all.

      Cons

      Lack of Innovation Less appreciation for those who are going extra mile. Employee stock option-Employee has to pay(optional) Few projects are working like a start up with Avg Pay standard So many middle managers only for reporting purpose.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
