Pros
Multi cultural environment that might look like an energetic place at a first glance. But after some time one realizes it's a place where people go only for their own interest after schooling. Nice building in Montigny and nice food. Coffee is good (well we can all find that outside of professional world huh ?)
Cons
Poor management. Too much hierarchy. Bad stress (the one forced - no improvement possible). IT unbelievably old and outdated. Rivalry and no collaboration. Lots of time spent in escalations instead of working. Lots of mandatory meetings with zero added value.
