Pros
- Support from managers (I know mine is really good) - Learning opportunities through well-established platforms - The new CEO is doing a really great job, but it will take great sacrifices to fix a company still living in the 90s
Cons
- Salary is way below market average - Layoffs are only increasing the workload, it feels you're doing three jobs at once, with no fair compensation - Culture and values are great on paper, but have nothing to do with reality - Processes full with silos and teams' structure make that one task has to go through 20 people when it could be optimized and come down to one or two people, the rest are just irrelevant to the flow - Really, really, really bad project management framework, you'll be all over the places with no way to have a centralized project management space - Everything is done through emails, it's insane to expect efficiency in such a model
