      If a person has zero experience in operations, the company will train. There are opportunities to train on other machines over time as the company's needs dictate.

      Cons

      Weather conditions in the winter and spring are tough to drive in. The commute can be very difficult. The shift work is also hard to maintain a good work-life balance no matter what they tell you.

      Generally good people. Pay and benefits are decent

      Management keeps taking away employee perks and seems to only want to hoard more of the wealth, Record gold prices yet we continue to have cuts and had multiple waves of layoffs... disgusting. No upward mobility
