      World's largest gold mine with growing Australian operation. Nice Perth office with an excellent coffee machine at Subiaco Excellent place for nonperformers but can tell good and impressive stories. Heaven if you belong to Anglo-Saxon or South African communities Financially stable

      Cons

      Slow decision making Unstable top management - check the average no of years with top management. Lack of transparency in dealing with contractors Non-performers are rewarded. Questionable ethics from some of the managers with a tacit clout

      Management keeps taking away employee perks and seems to only want to hoard more of the wealth, Record gold prices yet we continue to have cuts and had multiple waves of layoffs... disgusting. No upward mobility
