      There were a lot of different experiences and abilities to learn new things.

      Cons

      They were not good a weeding out bad managers. People leave bad bosses not companies. So the case with Newmont.

      Generally good people. Pay and benefits are decent

      Cons

      Management keeps taking away employee perks and seems to only want to hoard more of the wealth, Record gold prices yet we continue to have cuts and had multiple waves of layoffs... disgusting. No upward mobility
