      Great benefits - interesting work - flexible working conditions -good people

      Cons

      They pay well for your time, but they also expect a lot from it - expect to be on-call while on vacation - can be very demanding at times - for some, the amount of travel can be taxing

      Generally good people. Pay and benefits are decent

      Cons

      Management keeps taking away employee perks and seems to only want to hoard more of the wealth, Record gold prices yet we continue to have cuts and had multiple waves of layoffs... disgusting. No upward mobility
