      Competitve pay and ability to work from home.

      Cons

      In the 4 years I worked there they announced layoffs every 6 months everytime with some fancy name.

      Generally good people. Pay and benefits are decent

      Cons

      Management keeps taking away employee perks and seems to only want to hoard more of the wealth, Record gold prices yet we continue to have cuts and had multiple waves of layoffs... disgusting. No upward mobility
