      A ton of money, if you want to get a workout in as well it should suit you, been lifting heavy objects and using my mind a lot.

      Work to life balance Out in the middle of no where Personalities you have to deal with MSHA everywhere

      Generally good people. Pay and benefits are decent

      Cons

      Management keeps taking away employee perks and seems to only want to hoard more of the wealth, Record gold prices yet we continue to have cuts and had multiple waves of layoffs... disgusting. No upward mobility
