      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Interesting work.

      Cons

      Safety is something you'll hear about 50 times a day. Too bad it's all for show. Bring up legitimate safety concerns and you'll be held back from raises and promotions, as well as given the least desirable jobs. Keep trying to change the safety culture and they'll make up a reason to fire you. Management does whatever they want with no accountability, as does HR. Do as I say, not as I do.

      Generally good people. Pay and benefits are decent

      Cons

      Management keeps taking away employee perks and seems to only want to hoard more of the wealth, Record gold prices yet we continue to have cuts and had multiple waves of layoffs... disgusting. No upward mobility
