The story behind the company - Software Engineer Netshoes Employee Review

The company itself didn't treat it's employees correctly. The company was going to close its doors. But before it did that, a huge amount of people were fired. Most of these people were also being denied their paycheck. A weird part about this company, is that they made you resign instead of the company firing you. That way they could pay you less. Another reason why I rate this company so low is that this company CEO had its preferences. And would give WFH to other departments, instead of the ones that didn't need to go to the office. Such as the IT department.
