      Híbrido y descuento de empleados , helados gratis y regalías constantes

      Cons

      Se trabaja mucho y no pagan horas extras y trabajas hasta los sábados y domingo cuando es trimestral y no te reconocen las horas extras .. si tenes un cargo menos si.. es muy difícil el entrenamiento ya que en mi caso mi jefa estaba estaba en Brasil y el equipo entrenamiento Paraguay y Brasil .. tienen otra cultura laboral

      Pros

      You will be given a real project to work on as an intern; you are not doing intern "busy work," and the support team is beyond amazing. The program has great prestige within the company. Many of the top leaders did this program.

      Cons

      If you do get an offer for the Sales Development Program, the first months as a sales rep are very different than some of the analytical work you do as an intern. Still important to take that rotation seriously to grow in CPG
