Pros
Its an OK company to work at, good for begginers who wants to get some experience.
Cons
Doesnt really have the "High Tech" feeling. No culture at all. Benefits to workers rarely exist (like fun days, holiday toasts, 10-bis doesnt exist) barely any social events. Almost no opportunities to get promoted in your profession, some companies that hire Ness uses their workers as "meat bags" to replace every here and there. Its very hard to get any raise - when you ask for it - they kinda "disappear" so you have to ask again & again and then when you feel uncomfortable about it you'll stop asking or youll just be replaced with someone cheaper. A lot of insecurity about the future, the contracts they have doesnt worth a lot, very sensitive and they fire people all the time, no matter how good they are.
