I feel like I can be my complete self at work unapologetically without the fear of being reprimanded for it. 5. Coworkers are friendly. 6. Every 6 months or so I've been given new responsibilities, had the opportunity to learn new skills ,because of my interest organization provided an opportunity to work on two new technologies React and denodo .In the process wise, got an opportunity to work in scalable agile process. which is pretty new to me. 7. Provides an platform to learn latest technologies like AWS, Azure etc irrespective of any domain and provide provision to do certification with no cost. 8. To appreciate employees for their work ,honored with SPOT Award every month, Bi Annual Awards and Annual Awards. 9. Organization gifted to their employees on occasion Birthday ,Diwali and New year. I am feeling grateful to choose this organization for my career growth.
