Pros

Great Place to learn things in different domains for different projects. Good workplace culture and good opportunities on the latest technologies to learn and grow. Encouraging peers and managers. Good balance between work and personal life, Certain roles may have problems, but otherwise it is a good place to work with, General employee and health benefits policies and insurance policies are good. Management more focuses on Engineering aspects which will help us in learning & improving skills in latest technologies which are trending now. The employee support system during the COVID-19 pandemic is very good, whether it be health care or working from home, it has been very helpful to employees during the pandemic. The best part is that management is not stingy on employees working from the office, even if its hybrid way of working. Employee recognition (such as appreciation in social platforms and with the R&R Spot Awards program, quarterly, semi-annually, annually on different categories) is very good for Ness compared to other companies. Management focuses on continuous learning and provides access to different in-house tools and platforms for all employees to improve their skills. It's been about seven years since I joined Ness and I can say with pride that I am a Nessian, I would definitely recommend Ness to my friends.

Cons

May have to work for intermediate shifts depending on different clients not for all projects (Of course you get extra pay). Salary Hikes and compensation are decent yet not less, but can improve.

Pros

No that I can think of

Cons

One of the worst jobs I have ever had. The recruiter promised me a range of salary and when it was time to actually land somewhere she did not offer what was discussed and low balled me. Told me I was greedy and I pushed back saying It's not what we discussed. I was able to lock in the low part of that range but then she does a bait and switch on me telling me the role is fully remote. Then I am being told and yelled at to come into a office when that is not what was discussed or in my offer letter. I had a manager who sat in another country and on day one of meeting them, they chewed me out for not going into a office when I already had pre- engagements before taking the job and let everyone know multiple times. It wasn't even a hello how are you, it was a full on yelling match at me, for not being in and if I have done this at "other companies". People I worked with did my job and kept over stepping and I couldn't do my role because a PM kept doing all the design work. Eventually, I say down with HR to voice concerns and decided to leave the role since its not what was promised or discussed. Awful company with awful people who will throw you under the bus at any point in time.
