Yes you are right. At Nespresso, we have much to be proud of and passionate about. This passion is our asset. Our managers and coffee specialists must strive to set the standard. When we share these values with our customers, we will ignite their passion for our brand.
Frequent product and company updates are available on our Employee Portal and also shared in our weekly Boutique Newsletter.
Since I started in January, I have met with more than 600 employees and I will continue to facilitate direct interactions between coffee specialists and management to listen and get even more feedback and ideas.
