I appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback. Our Nespresso Club and all of our employees pride ourselves on excellent customer service throughout all channels. You’re right, we offer incredible and well-rounded benefits, the coffee and machine allowance alone is extremely generous!
Because Nespresso is growing at a steady and strong rate, not to mention several new retail locations opening soon, we have many excellent jobs currently posted. Do you have facts regarding Nespresso’s global initiatives you would care to discuss with me? I am happy to hear your opinion or the summary you may have compiled.
