I have reviewed your cons and it is a specific concern you speak poorly of our dedicated employees. We have over 150 hard-working and knowledgeable employees based in our New York office, if you would like to share concrete facts, I am happy to listen to all of them. To touch on a few of your other points, and specifically regarding the Marketing department, while I respect your personal opinion, let me reassure you on the fact that our brand has been delivering a permanent and consistent strong growth over the last 3 years. I personally stand firm that our Marketing team has not been a ‘total waste’, as you say, but quite the contrary. The team has continually delivered a great and worthwhile added value to the Nespresso brand.
