Hi, Thank you for your post. Since I started at Nespresso USA two years ago, I have embarked on a ”Listening tour” to make sure I visit each boutique at least once a year, to remain connected with the reality of the retail environment. The Director of Retail Operations and the District Managers in their respectives regions also visit the boutiques on a regular basis to implement new processes, manage and resolve issues, and listen to staff. Each employee has their role to play and has different levels of responsibilities in delivering upmost services to our customers.
