I started working at Navartis as a temp 3 years ago but had to return to University to finish my degree. A year later, I am back working here full-time and loving it. Through the training and support, I have developed my skill set and knowledge to full-fill my role at the best potential. If you put the work in, Navartis will put the work in to you to help you progress throughout your career.
Cons
You have to come into the business with a pro-active and hard working mind set as it is isn't for everyone and you need to be willing to put the time in. Bring your own cool box because the fridge gets cramped.
