Pros
I like the flexibility, and work life balance I can have here at Navartis. I've been here over a year and can honestly say it feels like home. I have a great team around me, but also an office full of characters and conversation. The thing that impresses me most and always has.. is the time I'm given one to one from director level. Brainstorming ideas, and taking advise from the top is something that can motivate anyone.. and there's never been an occasion where these people haven't made time for me. There's also a nurturing side to Navartis, we all know life isn't a walk in the park.. and there's always someone here to speak to on a personal level also. Overall I see Navartis as a great place to work, and I hope to have a long healthy, and happy career here!
Cons
I think if there's anyone new coming into the business they need to know that it's a very hard working environment, and everyone here puts in the time to ensure they deliver results. This isn't for everyone, but if you have drive, ambition and the willingness to work hard and listen... then i would recommend Navartis to you.
