Natura is an amazing company. People there thrive on innovation and excellence in everything. You have more autonomy and responsibility, while the hierarchy does not matter. In addition, they really care with sustainability. You can make your best friends there.
Cons
The decision processes are complicated and slow. Do not expect truly feedback of your peers. Recently the company´s strategy is not so clear. People work too much and do not care enough to life balance.
