Pros
Some people are really interested and commited to the work they are doing. The general idea of the company is amazing although it had been lost in the last years. Sustainability is really an issue but is compromised due to the income.
Cons
Too many meetings. Managers are just working for themselves not for the company although this is what the company wants. Too much politics and what really matters is how well you relate to your boss or the Director. Relationship is based on personal matters instead of professional one.
