Lack of "Well being Well" - Anonymous employee Natura Employee Review

The fame of the Company is that it treatys the employees with great respect is not true. It is very hard to balance work and personal life. The employees, specially those who don´t need to register the output, work long hours during the day (more than 14 hours and every weekend). I constantly received "whatssap" messages at 11 pm by my Director and had to answer them. The excessive work overwork the company required its employees is contrary to the philosophy that preaches the welfare well. There are also as negative, a constant change of address (which makes the routine especially those who have children at school) and a very poor management in some areas, leading to an unfair and inefficient distribution of positions and tasks.
