Pros

Great place to meet a large number of smart engineers. There is a lot of flexibility in day to day activities to provide for career growth within the company. This is an excellent place to settle down if you have a family.

Cons

There are so many new engineers constantly being pulled into the company, it appears that certain career paths require a large number of years spent doing somewhat menial tasks before you can really make an impact on revenue directly. Another major issue is that entry level salaries are somewhat competitive with other companies, but once you move through the company, salaries increase extremely slowly.

Pros

The people and the culture! Mostly very helpful, smart, fun loving group of employees. NI hired a lot for culture fit and that made the day to day a lot of fun.

Cons

Company vision from the higher ups suffered greatly after the pandemic.
