      Pros

      Coworkers are great, and collaborative. Huge emphasis on service and giving back to the community. National FFA convention is simply incredible.

      Cons

      Division director level is stagnant, reactionary, and lacks vision and innovation. IT department is a mess. Little to no transparency from leadership at any level. Stakeholders often know more information about what is going on at FFA than the staff do because of the lack of transparency.

      Cons

      Many Ag teachers and state staff lack commitment to diversity and inclusion and actively work against the organization creating an inclusive environment for members.
