A lot of carrots were always right around the corner and never in hand. Dishonest and indifferent upper management. You are a cog in a machine, and you are not appreciated at all, You will get to meet tons of new coworkers, as they have a vastly 120 percent annual turnover rate. Communication is lacking and expectations required for bonuses are only consistent in that they will not be met, and change when achieved with no veil or facade. They are a terrible organization that rewards the sycophantic over the talented
