Pros
Most of the coworkers were nice, as well as the customers.
Cons
Very misleading job title. I was under the impression it would be a management role (also was told it would be a 48 hour work week, turned out to be open to close 5-6 days a week). Once I started at my location I found out there's absolutely no managerial responsibilities and it's strictly a horribly paying service writer role. I thought I was hired on to help lead and manage the techs, service writers, etc., but it involved none of that. Also the pay structure was presented in a way that made it sound like I'd be bringing in a significant amount in addition to the base hourly wage, just to find out the metrics were next to impossible to obtain (even according to reports I saw, along with what the GM told me himself). Maybe received an hour of training in total too, and then left to try to figure it out all myself. I had high hopes and was planning to make a career there. I lasted a week and never turned back.
