      Bonuses for store managers were good

      Cons

      Pay for everybody else was awful, horrible store hours, no work-life balance, push to sell services that aren’t needed, absolutely no support from upper management

      Was very open about the job and pay. The goals of the store itself and as a team. Very friendly and welcoming.
