Upper management would not care about your opinions even if it would increase revenue. The people who were happy there were either "good friends" or family members. It was ridiculous how they treated employees and how they managed conflicts. Managers were micromanaged and did not care to treat everyone equally. They preached about how "flexible" they were but would question everything, even if it was personal.
