      there's decent job security, depending on the shop you're at; the crew is usually awesome to work with.

      Cons

      the payscale makes zero sense, if you're even remotely considering being a certified tech and applying here, i wouldn't recommend it at all.

      Low pay, overworked management, under valued, pushy tactics to sell, long hours, unpaid breaks, no real room for advancement, incompetent higher up management, big disconnect between customers and company, unrealistic standards, unrewarding bonuses and rewards, toxic work environments, unresponsive and unreliable HR, unreliable operating system, favoritism.
