Pros
There was never anything to do, most days were spent sitting waiting for customers.
Cons
You only made commission if you earned enough to exceed the guarantee rate of $10/hr, which never happened because the location was basically dead. Was also told by management that I'd have to "hustle" the customer to make any money. No thanks, my morals are higher than that.
