You can have fun and no one will care as everyone is busy waiting for 5 pm to leave for home or have coffee and chit-chat.
Cons
-Employees work there for more than 20+ years so are mostly redundant.
- Bad managers who are just working based on experience and no leadership qualities
- Some managers have no sense on how to talk with their colleagues. There is no scrutiny on them and that is why good talent leaves the company
