Pros
Taking care of employee Honest Leadership Working culture
Cons
1. You can not grow here in case you do not know the buttering of your managers, no matter how many skills you have. You can see lots of people here taking higher salaries but they do not know the basic email writing. 2. You can see people who do not have any technical knowledge but still are in a higher position and taking a huge package here. 3. NIIT never provides industry-standard salaries to their employees except for some brown-nosing. 4. Does not matter here how much you worked for NIIT, you need to learn how much you can show up your work and busybody. If you do both things then you will grow in NIIT. 5. Managers in NIIT never try to give respect to existing employees who deserve to increase salary rather they want higher replacements with higher salary. It does not matter what your commitment towards NIIT is. 6. Some people make culture here, in case they need support then they work hard to get support from the respective person however if someone wants their help then they always show they are busy and keep allowing others to run behind him. 7. NIIT was most reputed when they hit the salary last day of the month and a day before in case the last day is a holiday, but someone gave buttering advice to change the Salary day from the last day of of month to the first day of the month and from that day all respect from employee point of view loss the brand value. It's a very small thing but it creates very much impact to retain brand value. 8. Giving honest feedback to employees was never implemented here. 9. The increment period is also not justified here, FY starts from April but the increase in salary starts from July and sometime Oct. 10. When your boss calls you for increment letter release time then they do give you a standard line like other companies are not giving increments or better increments in NIIT we are still providing some percentage of increment but they do forget that other companies are giving standard salary to the employee. At least you can match the same. Recently NIIT sold Niit tech company and within 2 years company shares jumped like a rocket. You know each employee received an iPad. Now will you be able to compare?
