No transparency with employees. Biggest example of LALA company. No updates to the employees on annual appraisal. Poor PAY MASTER. Zero work life balance. Rich are richer and poor becomes poorer is the reality of this company. Highest attrition rate ever seen in any company. Worst Mid level management.
